Complainants allege the construction company uses excuses such as missing water and electricity meters to avoid providing real delivery dates. Construction manager Orlando Bermudez defended the company, stating the building is fully compliant with final finishes and that there is no incentive to withhold delivery. Bermudez suggested some complainants may be acting in bad faith.
