US Officials Raise Concerns Over Vietnamese Re-export of Chinese Goods
US officials have raised allegations regarding Vietnamese entities facilitating the re-export of Chinese products. Vietnam's government plans to limit the central budget to approximately 3,000 projects, a decrease from the 4,652 projects managed during the 2021-2025 period. The government will conduct quarterly evaluations of disbursement progress and project readiness. Projects found to be delayed without objective reasons will face capital reductions or reallocations.
