Danube Delta Operators Protest Ro-Alert Frequency

Radio Romania Tulcea 15d Impact 3
Economic operators in the Danube Delta are expressing dissatisfaction with the frequency of Ro-Alert emergency messages. They claim the high volume of alerts is discouraging tourism in the region. Local guide Mihai Călin noted that some tourists have not changed their vacation plans despite the current context in neighboring countries. Operators are requesting that alerts be transmitted within more restricted areas. Local guide Mihai Calini stated that the alerts are being transmitted over increasingly restricted areas. Residents have become accustomed to occasional loud noises resembling thunder from approximately 30 kilometers away, but the current alert pattern is causing concern.
