The European Commission confirmed a written procedure regarding a proposed credit line for Poland in Brussels on Monday. The proposal includes a requirement for all courts to adapt to the new terms. The process is scheduled to conclude on Victory Day and just before Europe Day. Poland is described as a leader in the planned use of funds raised through this credit operation.
