Ukraine Government Launches 1545 Complaint Hotline
A new state aid card, known as Diakarta, has been launched in Ukraine to facilitate government payments. The card allows users to receive all state benefits on a single multi-purpose card. It features both general spending funds and specialized funds restricted to specific program requirements. Users can spend general funds freely, while specialized funds are strictly for designated purposes. If a purchase exceeds the remaining balance of the aid, the card's functionality is limited to the available amount. The Ukrainian government has launched a new hotline, 1545, for citizens to submit complaints or leave applications.
