EU Job Applications Attract Thousands, Courses Cost Up To €600
Iranian media reported that approximately 400,000 job applications were registered on the JobVision platform in a single day. Some reports indicated the number was closer to 320,000 applications within that same timeframe. The surge in activity highlights employment demand within Iran. The European Union launched a large application round at the beginning of the year for nearly 1,500 available positions. More than 175,000 Europeans have applied for these roles, marking a record high. The chance of success for applicants is less than one percent. Thousands of applicants are arriving at EU Commission buildings for job tests. Preparation courses, some costing up to 600 Euros, are available to improve chances on these tests. The German Federal Foreign Office advises approximately 10,000 German applicants to prepare early and intensively.
