High-Priced Spices Sought Despite Cost
Some food items are priced as high as 3 to 4 million Vietnamese Dong per kilogram, a cost that still drives demand. Bà Lào Thị Bùn, owner of a small shop in Nà Cú, stated that these items are only available in May, June, and July.
