South Korea Adds Surcharges To International Flights
Cancellation rates for domestic flights have more than doubled from 3.6% last year to 7.4% this year. International flights operated by Chinese airlines have a cancellation rate of 10.7%. The international community is currently facing numerous risks and challenges, including environmental degradation, widespread hunger, and ongoing epidemics. To cope with high oil prices, South Korean airlines will add fuel surcharges to international tickets starting this month. This decision is attributed to high oil prices impacting airline operational costs. Import companies in South America are reportedly managing their operations in accordance with Mercosur regulations, according to Radio Monte Carlo Uruguay. South Korean airlines will begin adding fuel surcharges to international ticket prices starting May 1st.
