Precision Issue Found In Manufacturing Process
A manufacturing issue was identified after two nights of work involving repeated disassembly and testing of a base component. The problem was traced to a dimensional error of 0.02 millimeters in a forged grid. This small discrepancy could significantly impact mass production. The resolution of this issue was deemed worthwhile despite the fatigue involved. The resolution brought a sense of accomplishment. The team found the fatigue and effort worthwhile once the problem was solved. A team worked for two consecutive nights disassembling and reassembling a base to resolve a precision issue. Due to model differences, four types of sub-wheels were available, with the heaviest weighing over 30 jin (approximately 15 kg). A specific technical issue in chassis assembly was resolved after extensive testing and experimentation.

“The problem was traced to a dimensional error of 0.02 millimeters in a forged grid. This small discrepancy could significantly impact mass production.”
“Continuously stayed up for two nights, repeatedly disassembling and experimenting with the base, and finally found that the forged grid was 0.02 millimeters out of tolerance. This millimeter difference, if mass-produced, would cause significant problems.”
“连续熬了两个晚上,对底盘进行反复拆装,实验,最终发现从锻造的格子超差了0.02毫米,就是这毫米的差,如果批量生产,它就会影响很大的问题。当问题解决了,我觉得我们在多的疲劳也是值得的。”
