Istanbul Airport Expands Passenger Capacity
Istanbul Airport is positioned to handle 120 million passengers and can fly directly to all points in the world. In the last 24 years, highways such as the Northern Marmara Highway and the Third Bridge have been built. Goods are transported by road and rail to London. Istanbul Airport has added a new terminal building to accommodate increasing passenger demand. The airport currently hosts approximately 100 million passengers annually and operates flights to 145 countries. The expansion includes the implementation of a new CVIP service for premium passengers. The facility is noted as one of the largest airports in Europe.
