Airlines Allowed to Change Summer Schedules

Dutch carrier KLM is scrapping 80 return flights from Amsterdam. United Airlines has also slashed its full-year forecast. Analysts note that while fuel costs rise, regulatory concerns are currently preventing major mergers among the four largest US carriers.
