German Fraudster Convicted For Multi-Million Dollar Scheme
ACMF received a 12-year prison sentence in August 2022 for multiple counts of fraud involving criminal association. The sentence represents one of the highest penalties for fraud in German history. An accomplice, Betimti, remains wanted under an international arrest warrant. Betimti is believed to be residing in Kosovo, which currently does not extradite its own nationals. A trial for the accomplice is considered unlikely at this time.
