Al Ain Facility Produces 100,000 Components
An industrial facility in Al Ain has reached a milestone of manufacturing 100,000 parts. Recent achievements include the production of A320 aircraft wings. The system operates with minimal human intervention. An Al Ain-based manufacturing facility has produced its 100,000th component. The production scope includes A320 aircraft wing components and vertical stabilizers for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The company entered the advanced CGP boat manufacturing sector in 2024 and maintains a partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre for the Mohammed Bin Zayed Sat satellite project. This component is the largest produced outside of Boeing's US factories and is the largest of its kind in the region. The facility has also launched the first national laboratory for high-temperature materials. The site has transitioned from a design-focused company to a major manufacturing hub.
