Nursing graduates from Jelenia Góra and Legnica are among the highest earners after completing their studies in Poland. They receive nearly 13,000 PLN gross per month. This amount is approximately 3,000 PLN more than the minimum salary for nurses with a master's degree in other regions of Poland. The higher wages are primarily attributed to a shortage of nurses in western Poland.
