Guangzhou Optimizes Housing Policies To Boost Loans
The General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government released implementation opinions regarding the promotion of stable and healthy development in the real estate market. Guangzhou authorities released new real estate policies focusing on eight optimization areas including loan replacement subsidies and land supply. Guangzhou has introduced eight measures to optimize the real estate market, including increasing housing provident fund loan limits.
