Zhang, stated she never signed any formal contracts with the sales staff or the CS store. While she received some receipts after making payments, she has not received the promised assets. She reported losing 1 million yuan in principal after a recharge activity in late April. The individual claimed the company's bank accounts were empty due to audits. Sales personnel stated that while the company offers hybrid models, they have no record of the specific promotional activity mentioned.
