Ninth Digital China Construction Summit Opens In Fuzhou

The Palace Museum is showcasing several digital cultural heritage achievements at an exhibition in Fuzhou. The display utilizes artificial intelligence and digital technologies to present highlights from the Forbidden City. Featured heritage sites include the Palace Museum, Shanxi, and the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. The exhibition includes an area for live experiences. Digital versions of the Forbidden City, Shanxi wooden pagodas, and Yungang Grottoes were showcased at a summit in Fuzhou. A digital summit in China features over 400 participating units within a 56,000 square meter core exhibition area. Ding Xuexiang, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Ding stated that China's digital infrastructure is continuously improving and the digital economy is entering a new stage of intelligent economy. The summit aims to inject momentum into Chinese-style modernization through digital development. He said the need for independent innovation in key core technologies to maintain a leading position in artificial intelligence. Ding also called for the deep integration of AI with the real economy to foster new productive forces.
