The strategy includes developing land, establishing basic maps, and constructing databases, with an estimated need for 7.8-8 million hectares for basic maps and 43 million hectares for archives and databases. The strategy includes plans for land management, with approximately 20 million mu needing land use verification and 4.3 million mu for establishing archives and databases. The Minister of Health also proposed that the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association continue to play a role in policy development and implementation for child welfare.
