Singapore Ranks Second Least Corrupt Globally

Singapore has been ranked as the seventh most walkable city in the world. The ranking includes Seoul and Edinburgh in first place, followed by New York City. Other cities in the top ten include Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Paris, and Singapore. Singapore is noted as the only Southeast Asian country represented in the top ten list. Singapore is the second country in the world with the highest usage of artificial intelligence in the workforce, according to a recent American report. The nation also ranks first in the integration of AI within the education sector. The report highlights Singapore's leading position in both the professional and educational domains. The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) noted that Singapore is ranked as the least corrupt country in the Asia Pacific and third least out of 182 nations on an international index. The CPIB identified the construction, manufacturing, transport, and storage sectors as the most vulnerable to corruption over the past decade. The Corruption Prevention Investigation Bureau noted that Singapore has the second least corrupt government in an index featuring 143 countries. The CPI-V report stated that while the nation's corruption situation remains under control, vigilance is required to prevent it from taking root. The report said the importance of citizens reporting wrongdoing to uphold integrity.
