Italian chefs constructed a record-breaking tiramisu measuring 440 metres in length. The dessert took over two days to complete using more than 3,000 eggs and 50,000 biscuits. The length of the dessert is approximately equivalent to 36 London buses. Chef Mirko Ricci was among those involved in the production. Chefs in Italy have successfully created a 440-metre tiramisu. The team confirmed they have smashed the previous record. The achievement involved a large group of culinary professionals. The dessert was constructed by preparing multiple standard-sized portions and assembling them on a stage before dusting with cocoa powder. The creation exceeded the previous record by 167 meters. During the record confirmation, chefs reportedly sang the Italian national anthem.
