Energy President Dieter Krein Dies At 84
Dieter Krein, honorary president of FC Energie Cottbus, has died at the age of 84. Krein served as president of the club from 1993 to 2005. During his tenure, he led the team to the Bundesliga in 2000 alongside coach Eduard Geier and manager Klaus Darbach. The club confirmed his death occurred on Saturday. The club announced that Krein passed away yesterday.
