Russian Railways History Discussed

The history of Scottish fabric, specifically referred to as 'shotlandka', was definitively established in Russia. The fabric's western defense was a steep bank of the Aki River, its eastern defense was a deep ravine, and its southern defense was a rampart running from the ravine to the river. The main city gate with a watchtower was located in the rampart. A 15-meter-wide grove served as additional protection. Inside the fortress stood a fortified princely residence. The posad, where most of the city's inhabitants lived, adjoined the fortress walls. The history of Russian railways and the introduction of the first electric train will be discussed.
