Ancient Greek Village Celebrates Easter Tradition
The village of Marmaketos in Lasithi, Crete, is celebrating a unique Easter custom. The tradition begins on Good Friday when women gather wild orchids and flowers from their gardens. These flowers are used to decorate the epitaph.
