One hundred Italian chefs created a 440-meter long tiramisu at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London this past weekend. Chefs used over 3,000 eggs, 2 tons of mascarpone, 400 kilograms of sugar, and 50,000 ladyfingers to create a tiramisu measuring at least 8 centimeters high and 15 centimeters wide. Organizers stated the challenge aimed to promote classic dessert culture and enhance London's reputation as a food destination. Portions of the record-breaking dessert were distributed to the public.
