Sea-Watch Reports Libyan Coast Guard Fired on Ship
The Sea-Watch 5, operated by the German NGO Sea Watch, reported that the Libyan coast guard opened fire on their vessel while it was carrying 90 people. The Italian state had donated the patrol boat used by the Libyan coast guard.
