A Ukrainian strike hit the Irenburg region, specifically targeting Nifi. The strike impacted the Ursk-Neft Orksintes refinery, which is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia. This facility had previously been targeted by Ukrainian strikes in October and November 2025.
