A spokesperson for Tuareg rebels stated that the ruling military council in Mali will fall soon. The statement follows attacks launched last Saturday and Sunday by the Tuareg Liberation Front and the Jama'at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM) in Sahel.
