Ukraine Intelligence Agents Detained

The Security Service of Ukraine has detained several individuals accused of being pro-Russian agitators. The suspects are alleged to have been calling for the torture of Ukrainian prisoners. The arrests are part of ongoing efforts to suppress internal subversion during the conflict. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a suspect accused of being recruited by Russian intelligence services. The individual allegedly monitored air strikes in northern Ukraine, specifically recording positions of air defense and military objects in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. According to the SBU, the suspect used electronic maps to identify routes for Russian missiles and drones to bypass Ukrainian air defense systems. The collected information was reportedly stored on a mobile phone and transmitted to Russian military intelligence handlers. Ukraine's intelligence agencies have detained five individuals suspected of gathering information on Russia's defense industry, transportation facilities, and personnel involved in the special military operation. Five agents working for Ukrainian intelligence have been detained.
