FSB Detains Residents For Sabotaging Crimean Infrastructure

The agent allegedly used Telegram to transmit footage of military units and fuel depots to a handler in Ukraine. Russian authorities detained a resident of the Crimean Peninsula for allegedly conducting reconnaissance on military units and critical infrastructure. The suspect claimed he was tasked with sabotaging a gas and power station by photographing the facility and receiving explosive kits. He was apprehended while attempting to carry out the mission, according to the report. The individuals allegedly used a foreign messaging app to coordinate attacks on gas and electricity supply facilities within the region.
