Ukrainian Weapon Range Increases Significantly
Ukrainian offensive capabilities have expanded significantly over the last four years. Current capabilities now extend beyond 1,700 kilometers, allowing for strikes on Russian refineries and energy production sites. The report notes that offensive capacities have improved substantially during this period. Kovalenko stated that while Russia's strategic goal of occupying all of Ukraine remains unchanged, the enemy currently lacks the resources for an offensive on the capital. He urged the public not to spread panic regarding the construction of defensive lines, describing the work as planned security measures. The Ministry of Defense clarified that fortification construction in northern Ukraine is part of planned security measures, not emergency preparations for an imminent attack.
