Spy Camera Investigation Targets Military Transport Suspicions
The North Rhine-Westphalia State Criminal Police Office and the German Bundeswehr are investigating a spy camera discovered near a railway station in Minden. The device was found in late September of last year and featured a sticker that did not belong to Deutsche Bahn. Investigators suspect the camera may have been used to monitor military transports, potentially including weapons deliveries to Ukraine. Authorities are also considering the possibility that the device was intended to prepare for sabotage actions against the Bundeswehr. The identity of the person or group that commissioned the camera remains unknown.
