Man and Woman Kidnapped in Buenaventura Port
A man and a woman were kidnapped by members of the Shottas criminal gang at the port of Buenaventura. The victims include merchant Risa Caldas, who was abducted on April 13, 2026. Fabio Cardoso, a government delegation coordinator, issued an urgent call for their release. The incident occurred during early morning operations at the airport/port area.
