French Court Of Accounts Reports Medical Errors
Anti-terrorist judges have classified the killing of Ivan Colonna as a terrorist murder. The suspect, Corsican nationalist Franck-Elon Gabé, allegedly targeted Colonna on March 2 after a conversation involving blasphemous remarks. Judges noted the attack involved ten minutes of extreme violence, including punching, kicking, and strangulation. The suspect reportedly targeted Colonna at a gym where no surveillance was present. The ruling follows a judicial review of the incident. These individuals allegedly provided logistical support for terrorist attacks. Civil party lawyer Abdelhaï Ben-Méhite stated the convictions were justified. The report indicates a discrepancy between the number of serious adverse events declared and the actual number occurring. Examples of these errors include surgical objects left in patients during operations, medication errors, and infections.
