One Man Dies After Kharkiv Attack
A 59-year-old man died in a hospital after sustaining severe injuries during a Russian attack on Kharkiv. Oleg Synihubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that 14 people remain injured in medical facilities.
