Cars, Residential Building Damaged In Moscow
A residential skyscraper in Moscow was struck, though the building did not collapse, according to reports. Emergency services are on the scene. The extent of damage and any casualties are not yet confirmed. A vehicle crashed into a residential complex on Mosfilievskaya Street in western Moscow.
