Zelensky Reports Damage To Russian Ghost Ships
President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that two ghost ships used by Moscow to export oil while bypassing Western sanctions were hit off a Black Sea port. The incident follows reports of Ukrainian strikes on targets in Russia. One person was reportedly killed near Moscow.
