Radioactive Waste Found In Ukrainian Trenches
President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that approximately 1,000 trenches in Ukraine contain temporarily buried radioactive waste dating back to 1986. These areas remain inaccessible due to numerous anti-personnel mines left by Russian forces. Additionally, three more countries have joined a program to finance American weapons for Ukraine. President Zelenskyy noted that the identities of participants in related programs will not be disclosed. This development follows ongoing conflict in the region.
