Massacre In Cauca Leaves 14 Dead
Governor Octavio Guzmán declared three days of mourning following a massacre on the Pan-American highway in Cauca. Dissident groups established an illegal checkpoint before using explosives during the attack. The incident resulted in 14 fatalities and 38 injuries, including five children. Governor Guzmán stated that the tragedy cannot be normalized. A massacre in the Cauca region of Colombia has resulted in the deaths of 14 people.
