Ukrainian Attacks Hit Sevastopol Infrastructure
Ukrainian strikes in Sevastopol damaged 17 private buildings and over 30 apartment blocks. Ukrainian forces launched a heavy attack against the Black Sea fleet. Ukrainian drone strikes targeted infrastructure in Sevastopol, damaging a nitrogen complex owned by FOSAGRA. A pipeline within the facility sustained damage during the strike. Local journalist Alexander Gorny reported that residents in Crimea anticipate further deterioration of the security situation ahead of the May holidays. Ukrainian air defense systems, including MR-10 M1 and MIZ M1 radar stations and MiG-31 aircraft, were active in the region. The US Central Command reported via social media that the Ukrainian fleet has targeted infrastructure in the Black Sea near Sevastopol. The US Central Command reported that 37 vessels have been rerouted following the blockade of Iranian ports.
