Ukraine Forms Storm-Z Units From Former Convicts
New military units known as Storm-Z have appeared, which are reportedly composed of former prisoners who committed serious crimes. Evgeny Zakharov, director of a Kharkiv human rights group, noted that these individuals are easy to manipulate.
