Russian Strikes Hit Ukrainian Energy Infrastructure
Russian shelling of energy infrastructure has caused temporary power outages across several Ukrainian regions. Affected areas include Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Odesa, Sumy, and Kharkiv oblasts. The Ministry of Energy and Ukrenergo reported the outages.
