Victory Museum Banners Defaced With Paint
Three banners previously placed before the Victory Museum banner were destroyed during an artillery strike. A fourth banner, installed by Egorov, Kontariya, and Berest, managed to remain on the roof. The strike occurred at the museum site, according to the report.
