Security Patrol Targeted In Sistan-Baluchestan
Three security personnel were killed in an attack targeting a security patrol in Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan province, according to reports from Fars News Agency. The incident occurred in the southeastern region of the country. A security patrol was attacked in the rural area of Corinto, where several people were wounded and others were kidnapped. Alleged members of dissident groups set fire to the victims' vehicle during the incident in the La Pila district. The army used Aerospace Force drones to locate and recover the hostages from sugarcane crops.
