Philadelphia Professor Suggests Expanding Immigration Action Prohibited Zone
Professor Lewis Ruley at the University of Pennsylvania's Carey Law School stated that Philadelphia has options to limit immigration enforcement activity. He suggested extending the zone where immigration actions are prohibited beyond the entranceways to include the sidewalks.
