Obama Presidential Center Museum Opens In Chicago
The Obama Presidential Center will officially open to the public in Jackson Park on June 19. An invitation-only grand opening will take place one day prior. General admission tickets are priced at $30 for adults, with available discounts for children and Illinois residents. The facility features multiple floors of exhibits, including a replica Oval Office and a Sky Room. Opening day tickets have already partially sold out following early access for officials and donors. Barack Obama promoted the new center during an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. The museum is located on a site that replaced a former roadway.
